Each badge reflects meaningful involvement, not passive membership.

🔷 Initiator
Leads with vision. Awarded to members who launch a working group, propose a new Lab, or help build a strategic program from the ground up.
Example: Proposed and helped organize the first HCIA AI-readiness series for mid-market HR leaders.
🔶 Clinician
Solves in public. Awarded to members who contribute cases, offer peer insights, or dissect real challenges in live Clinics or Labs.
Example: Shared a full talent pipeline challenge during a live session, resulting in a 3-step tool adopted by others.
🟪 Contributor
Builds the Vault. Given to members who submit high-quality resources, templates, or frameworks that get added to the Alliance Vault.
Example: Uploaded a complete onboarding playbook used by 7 other members in their own companies.
🟦 Facilitator
Leads the room. Recognizes members who host events, moderate roundtables, or lead discussions that move the conversation forward.
Example: Moderated a session on cross-functional HR-business alignment with participants from 3 countries.
🟩 Advisor
Guides others. Earned by those who provide mentorship or high-trust strategic guidance, either formally or informally.
Example: Supported a Professional Growth member in refining their promotion case, resulting in internal advancement.
🟥 Strategist
Shapes direction. Awarded to members who contribute to high-level frameworks, strategic documents, or major Alliance decisions.
Example: Helped revise the SWP Field Guide and tested the new succession calculator across two client orgs.
⬛ Founding Member
Was there first and showed up fully. A permanent badge for Founding Members who didn’t just join early, but helped shape what HCIA became.
Example: Participated in every launch-phase Lab and gave feedback that reshaped onboarding and badge criteria.
